The short version
Canada Cards is free to use. We keep it that way with on-page advertising and, where they exist, referral links. None of that changes how we rank or describe a card. Our rankings are editorial and never sold.
Display advertising
We show ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. These ads are chosen by Google, not by us, and they are visually separate from our card listings, comparisons, and guides. Advertisers cannot buy a placement in our rankings. For how advertising cookies and data are handled, see our Privacy Policy.
Referral links
Some "Apply" buttons may link to an issuer through a referral or affiliate program, and we may earn a fee if you are approved, at no extra cost to you. Whether a card carries such a link has no effect on whether it appears, where it ranks, or what we say about it. Cards without any commercial relationship are ranked on exactly the same basis.
How we rank cards
Rankings come from the data: rewards value, fees, rates, perks, and welcome offers, all sourced from official issuer pages and scored by a published method. Read how we rate cards and how we source data. Every figure links to its primary source.
